AN ACT CONCERNING ACCESSORY APARTMENTS AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to classify accessory apartments as affordable housing for purposes of determining whether a municipality meets its affordable housing obligations.
Statement of Purpose:
To count accessory apartments as affordable housing.
