2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE REJECTION OF ARBITRATION AWARDS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to provide that when the legislative body of a municipality rejects an arbitration award by a two-thirds vote, the parties to such contract shall continue to negotiate.
