AN ACT REQUIRING THE INSPECTION OF SEPTIC SYSTEMS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require an inspection of a septic system serving a home or building prior to the sale of such home or building.
Statement of Purpose:
To require septic systems to be inspected prior to the sale of property.
