AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CONTRACTING WITH BUSINESSES OWNED BY MINORITIES AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That a study be conducted to determine whether there is a disparity in the state hiring of and contracting with businesses owned by minorities and persons with disabilities.
Statement of Purpose:
To determine whether there is a disparity in state contracts.
