| 27 | 27 | That section 27-61a of the general statutes be amended to extend eligibility for additional pay for active service on or after September 11, 2001, to a member or former member of any reserve component of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard or Air Force, or a member or former member of the Connecticut National Guard, who qualifies for the additional pay benefit described in said section. | |
