2929 AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPOSITION OF TAX ON ONLINE TRAVEL SERVICE COMPANIES.

3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3333 That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to specify that travel service companies are subject to the sales tax, and that any travel service company offering rooms at hotels located in Connecticut shall be considered to be soliciting business in this state, thereby satisfying the nexus requirements of the United States Constitution.
