AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE OF CONDOMINIUM OMBUDSMAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish an Office of Condominium Ombudsman, within the office of the Attorney General, to provide a means of resolving disputes between condominium owners and condominium associations.
Statement of Purpose:
To establish an Office of Condominium Ombudsman to provide a means of resolving disputes between condominium owners and condominium associations.
