2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to require, in any family matter, a judge to offer to appoint a guardian ad litem for any minor child or any adult with a disability, and to require the judges of the Superior Court to adopt rules reflecting such requirement.
