25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require any attorney admitted to practice in this state who is engaged in the active practice of law to maintain professional liability insurance against liability for professional malpractice, with indemnification limits of not less than one million dollars for one person, per occurrence, with an aggregate of not less than three million dollars. | |
