AN ACT CONCERNING LOCAL BOARDS OF APPEALS FOR DECISIONS MADE BY INLAND WETLAND COMMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to establish boards of appeals for decisions made by inland wetland commissions.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to establish boards of appeals for inland wetland commission decisions.
