AN ACT EXTENDING THE RENTAL REBATE APPLICATION PERIOD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-170f of the general statutes be amended to extend the time in which municipalities may receive rental rebate applications from the period beginning on May fifteenth and ending on September fifteenth to the period beginning on April first and ending on October first.
Statement of Purpose:
To give municipalities more time to receive and process rental rebate applications.
