2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE PAYMENT OF PROPERTY TAXES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to provide that no homeowner with a home valued at five hundred thousand dollars or less shall be required to pay property taxes in an amount greater than such homeowner's state income tax liability, and to further establish a state grant to reimburse municipalities for any loss of revenue under this section.
