23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require that thirty-three per cent of all moneys that are (1) deposited in the Tobacco Settlement Fund, or (2) derived from taxes on tobacco products be allocated to programs that: (A) Relate to tobacco education, prevention and cessation programs, (B) promote pulmonary health, (C) reduce the incidence of asthma, and (D) expand access to health care for uninsured children and adults. | |
