AN ACT CONCERNING THE LICENSING OF NUCLEAR MEDICINE TECHNOLOGISTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 20 of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to establish licensure requirements for nuclear medicine technologists.
Statement of Purpose:
To require those who prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to be licensed.
