AN ACT SUSPENDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IN-SCHOOL SUSPENSION FOR TWO YEARS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 10-233c of the general statutes be amended to delay the implementation of the in-school suspension requirement for two years.
Statement of Purpose:
To help ease the cost of the in-school suspension requirement on municipalities by suspending the implementation of the in-school suspension requirement for two years.
