2121 AN ACT CONCERNING IN-STATE FILMMAKERS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 12-217jj of the general statutes be amended to provide that any in-state resident filmmaker who incurs production expenses or costs of not less than two hundred fifty thousand dollars shall be eligible for the full film production tax credit of thirty per cent of such production expenses or costs.
