AN ACT CONCERNING PAYMENT OF SALES TAXES BY SMALL BUSINESSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to allow small businesses to remit sales tax receipts either in paper form or electronically.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow small businesses to make sales tax returns and remit the required amounts either in paper form or electronically.
