AN ACT CONCERNING A PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTION FOR ELKS LODGES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 12-81 of the general statutes be amended to add a property tax exemption for meeting buildings owned by the Connecticut Elks Association.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt Elks lodges from municipal property taxes.
