3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3333 That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Information Technology, in conjunction with the Comptroller, the Commissioner of Administrative Services and the executive director of the Joint Committee on Legislative Management, to create a centralized electronic process for recording and transmitting all state employee time and attendance records.
