AN ACT CONCERNING THE COLLECTION OF PAST-DUE CHILD SUPPORT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to enhance the state's ability to collect past-due child support.
Statement of Purpose:
To enhance the state's ability to collect past-due child support.
