2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2929 That the general statutes be amended to establish within the Department of Economic and Community Development a one-stop, single point of entry to provide case managers to work with state businesses, providing guidance, assistance, information and instruction regarding the businesses' responsibilities, including, but not limited to, obtaining licenses or permits, paying any fees or taxes, or qualifying for grants or loans.
