AN ACT CONCERNING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY OF STATE BUILDINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require all state buildings to replace all incandescent light bulbs with compact fluorescent bulbs by 2013.
Statement of Purpose:
To require all state buildings use compact fluorescent bulbs by 2013.
