25 | 25 | To amend the general statutes to prohibit solicitors of charitable funds from soliciting funds intended to be used by groups or individuals not located in the state and to require such solicitors to state the name of the organization or individual they are soliciting for and to reveal the percentage of donations that will actually be received by such organization or individual. | |
