AN ACT CONCERNING GOLD DEALERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require gold dealers who purchase gold from the public to provide purchasers with written proof of the exact price of gold at the time of purchase.
Statement of Purpose:
To protect sellers of gold from unscrupulous purchasing practices.
