| 33 | 33 | That section 4 of public act 10-112 be amended to provide that the Department of Correction and the Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Department shall evaluate any site selected on or after June 1, 2010, for the placement of a residential sexual offender treatment facility, together with any other proposed sites identified for consideration by the person, firm or corporation selected to operate such facility, in accordance with the criteria established in said section and shall report the findings of such evaluation to the General Assembly not later than July 1, 2011. | |
