AN ACT CONCERNING THE MUNICIPAL ABATEMENT OF A PUBLIC NUISANCE AT AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT SERVES ALCOHOL.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 19a-343 to 19a-343h, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to authorize a municipality to bring an action to abate a public nuisance at an establishment that serves alcohol.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize a municipality to bring an action to abate a public nuisance stemming from offenses committed at an establishment that serves alcohol.
