AN ACT AUTHORIZING LAND BANKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to authorize municipalities to establish land banks.
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipalities to establish land banks.
