AN ACT CONCERNING VETERINARY TECHNICIANS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish minimum professional standards and licensing or certification procedures for veterinary technicians.
Statement of Purpose:
To create minimum professional standards and licensing or certification procedures for veterinary technicians.
