AN ACT REQUIRING THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REPLACE THE BRIDGE OVER THE MATTABASETT RIVER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Transportation shall replace the bridge over the Mattabasett River located at the Middletown and Cromwell border, with a four-lane bridge.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Transportation to replace the bridge over the Mattabasett River at the Middletown and Cromwell border, with a four-lane bridge.
