AN ACT CONCERNING INCREASED PARTICIPATION BY VOTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to require the Secretary of the State to ensure that every municipality have an amount of ballots for each election that is at least equal to two-thirds of the number of registered voters in that municipality.
Statement of Purpose:
To increase participation by voters in the election process.
