AN ACT STREAMLINING THE PROCESS FOR THE STATE SALE OR TRANSFER OF SURPLUS PROPERTY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 4b-21 of the general statutes be amended to streamline and expedite the process the state uses to sell or transfer surplus real property.
