2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That subsection (a) of section 9-369b of the general statutes be amended to allow town attorneys to submit explanatory texts to the State Elections Enforcement Commission for a written determination of whether such text advocates either approval or disapproval of a local proposal or question.
