| 25 | 25 | That chapter 147 of the general statutes be amended to require a set number of ballots based upon a percentage of voters registered to vote at a polling place be printed and available at each polling place for the gubernatorial and presidential year elections and for special elections and primaries, as determined by the Secretary of the State, registrars of voters and town clerks for those given election years, and that chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to provide funding for the state to bulk purchase such ballots with some funding from the Citizens' Election Fund. | |
