AN ACT CONCERNING THE CONVEYANCE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL IN FAIRFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That, subject to the approval of the State Properties Review Board, the Commissioner of Transportation shall convey to the town of Fairfield a certain parcel of land adjoining the Merritt Parkway in Fairfield for open space purposes.
Statement of Purpose:
To convey a certain parcel of land to the town of Fairfield to be used as open space.
