AN ACT PROHIBITING ACCESS TO RECREATIONAL FACILITIES BY PERSONS ON DEATH ROW.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That chapter 325 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person who has been convicted of a capital felony and sentenced to death shall not have access to any recreational facilities within the correctional system.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide proper punishment for persons who have been convicted of a capital felony and are on death row.
