AN ACT PROHIBITING THE POSSESSION, SALE, USE OR MARKETING OF SYNTHETIC CANNABIS PRODUCTS. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That chapter 420b of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the possession, use, sale or marketing of synthetic cannabis, commonly known as K2 or Spice, in any form including liquid or powder forms. Statement of Purpose: To protect state residents, especially children, by banning synthetic cannabis products, such as K2 or Spice, that can be used as hallucinogens.
