2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 53a-181c to 53a-181e, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to update the statutes that prohibit a person wilfully and repeatedly following or lying in wait for another person and thereby causing such other person to fear for his or her physical safety, and to increase the penalties for violations of those statutes.
