27 | 27 | That the general statutes be amended to make it a crime for first responders to take one or more photographs or electronic images or make a video recording of an accident victim or other persons receiving medical services and to distribute, disseminate or otherwise make available such images to the public without the consent of the victim or the victim's next of kin, and to provide that such crime shall be punishable as a class A misdemeanor. | |
