AN ACT ALLOWING ADVISORY QUESTIONS TO BE PLACED ON THE BALLOT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 7-344 of the general statutes be amended to allow advisory questions to be placed on the ballot.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow towns to put advisory questions on the ballot.
