25 | 25 | That section 47a-42 of the general statutes be amended to permit a landlord to take possession of a tenant's personal property after a court-ordered eviction and expiration of any stay of execution, and permit the landlord to store the tenant's personal property at the landlord's own place of storage rather than at the place of storage designated by the chief executive officer of the municipality, provided a state marshal itemizes and photographs the tenant's personal property prior to its being stored. | |
