AN ACT EXEMPTING SOME RAFFLES FROM STATE REGULATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 7-170 to 7-186, inclusive, of the general statutes be amended to exempt any raffle which generates five thousand dollars or less from the regulations contained in said sections.
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt raffles which generate five thousand dollars or less from state regulation.
