AN ACT AUTHORIZING BICYCLISTS TO CROSS THE HOUSATONIC RAILROAD AT GRADE IN NEW MILFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That bicyclists be authorized to cross the Housatonic Railroad at grade via a bicycle path located at Sega Meadows Park in New Milford, such crossing to be protected by crossbucks.
Statement of Purpose:
To allow a bicycle grade crossing at Sega Meadows Park in New Milford.
