AN ACT AUTHORIZING BICYCLISTS TO CROSS THE HOUSATONIC RAILROAD AT GRADE IN NEW MILFORD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) On and after the effective date of this section, bicyclists shall be authorized to cross the Housatonic Railroad at grade crossing via a bicycle path located in Sega Meadows Park in New Milford. Crossbucks shall be erected at the site of such crossing.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To authorize bicyclists to use the at grade crossing located at a bicycle path in Sega Meadows Park in New Milford.
