AN ACT NAMING ROUTE 434 IN COLCHESTER EASTERLY TO SMITH ROAD THE CONSTABLE THOMAS D. JEHELKA MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That Route 434 in Colchester (Mt. Parnassus Road) easterly to Smith Road be named the Constable Thomas D. Jehelka Memorial Highway.
Statement of Purpose:
To name Route 434 in Colchester easterly to Smith Road for Constable Thomas D. Jehelka, who perished during a traffic stop on this road.
