2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2929 That section 14-227a of the general statutes be amended to provide a procedure for a police officer to obtain a blood or urine sample from an operator of a motor vehicle who has been injured in an accident when such police officer has probable cause to believe that such operator was under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
