| 25 | 25 | That section 14-215 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person operating a motor vehicle during the period that such person's operator's license is suspended or revoked who is at fault in a motor vehicle accident that results in the death of another person shall be in violation of section 14-222a of the general statutes concerning negligent homicide with a motor vehicle. | |
