23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That section 14-215 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person convicted of operating a motor vehicle while such person's operator's license is suspended shall, for a fourth offense, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two years, one hundred fifty days of which may not be suspended or reduced, and, for a fifth or subsequent offense, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of two and one-half years, one year of which may not be suspended or reduced. | |
