AN ACT REQUIRING EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS FACILITIES TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF EMISSIONS TESTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require emissions inspections facilities to accept credit card payments for the performance of emissions tests.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide an additional method of payment for emissions tests.
