AN ACT CONCERNING THE INSTALLATION OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT LIGHTING ON THE ARRIGONI BRIDGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Transportation to cooperate with other state agencies and the city of Middletown, as appropriate, to plan for the installation of energy-efficient lighting during the next scheduled maintenance of the Arrigoni Bridge.
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for energy-efficient lighting on the Arrigoni Bridge.
