23 | 23 | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: | |

25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to require the Insurance Commissioner and the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to jointly develop a program to change the way the statutory minimum levels of automobile insurance coverage are calculated and the way premiums for such levels of insurance are paid, and that such program shall eliminate territorial rating and shall include alternative sources of revenue for such premiums, which may include revenues from the gas tax and motor vehicle registration fees. | |
